Accreditation in the National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships (NACEP)
NACEP accreditation is the industry gold standard for institutions of higher education. Their standards help programs organize, structure, and develop partnerships with high schools that last. The focus is not only on assuring that the high school students have a great experience, but also that there are meaningful collaborations between the institute of higher education and the high school administration and instructors.
Olive Shade has led successful NACEP accreditation packages and is currently supporting other IHEs with their packages. Brian Boecherer joins your team to strategize, implement, advise, create documents, and even lead specific parts of NACEP accreditation, like the Evaluation Standards, policy guides, tracking systems, and more.
Most often the barrier to accreditation is staffing, so, hire an expert to help you get the job done.
Massachusetts Early College Designation
Massachusetts Early College Designation is a wonderful initiative that connects institutions of higher education with high schools to offer not only dual credit programming for students, but provide academic, non-academic, pathway, and career programming. These partnerships are special, but they are not always easy to design because still has a full work load and may not know national best practices.
Olive Shade has led successful Part A and Part B Designation applications, as well as Expansion programming. Brian Boecherer joins your team to help develop a strategic plan, keep the secondary and higher education partners on track, advise the design of the program, write the applications to meet the team vision, create supporting documents that match the program, develop support programs, and submit the application.
Often the biggest barrier to achieving Early College Designation is time, staff, and energy. Olive Shade is your expert “staff member” that joins you for this project, gives vision, develops programs with you, trains the team, and makes sure you will be successful.
